  Purchased our first MX-5 in 2012. It lasted as a road car for three weeks until I tore it apart and turned it into a hill climb car. I ran this NB until 2020 and managed to become the state champion for under 2L sportscars in 2016, 2017 & 2018. COVID changed things so I retired from active motorsport being too old with too many aches and pains and starting to act responsibly. In 2016 we purchased a NC auto road car, loved it and joined the MX-5 club. Sold this car in 2021 and purchased another NC, this time a manual, so I could return to hill climbing. We have just picked up a ND roadster so we can return to club runs. The social side of the club has been wonderful for Lorna and I.
