Each calendar year the Motorsport leadership team organises a Sprint Championship.
This championship is based upon the participation in, and results of, a number of competition rounds (approximately 10 per year). The eligible rounds are selected by the Chapter Captain – Motorsport and the Assistant Chapter Captain – Motorsport.
All events are open to Club members holding a Motorsport Australia Speed (formerly CAMS L2S) or higher licence. All rounds of the championship are single-car events — ie, against the clock rather than head-to-head — so there is very little chance of damage occurring. Daily-driven cars are perfectly suitable; you do not need a dedicated track car.
Outstanding performances are recognised by our range of Championship trophies.
